Introduction

Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia is a public university (UTHM main campus) located in Parit Raja, Batu Pahat, Johor. The second campus is located in Pagoh, Johor.

The university has approximately 15,000 active students enrolled in diplomas, undergraduates, and postgraduate programmes. The university consists of 8 faculties, Centre of Diploma Studies, and Centre of Graduate Studies (CGS, for postgraduate students).

Facilities

In simple words, all facilities are in good condition since UTHM is a new university. Students are able to easily access the library, campus bus,swimming pool, bank ATM machines, cafeteria, lecture halls, gymnasium, stadium, exercise tracks, and others.

Compounding areas are also safe, secured with campus security police and CCTV.

Residential College

In Campus Residential College: Tun Fatimah Residential College, Tun Dr. Ismail Residential College, and Tun Syed Nasir Residential. All three colleges are for both male and female students, while each gender are separated by different blocks located at opposite side of each other.

Off Campus Residential College: Perwira Residential College and Bestari Residential College. Despite located off-campus, shuttle buses are provided by the university where students can hop-on and off anytime of the day. No worries there!

Admission Procedure

For Undergraduates: Apply via the UPU Online system provided by the Ministry of Education Malaysia. Visit MoE Malaysia UPU official website (MoE UPU Website Link).

For Postgraduates: Read the prospectus and details from Centre of Graduate Studies official website (CGS UTHM Website Link) and you can proceed with application via its online application system (Application Link Here). Application is open for both local and international students.
